When the Midland Bi-Fold Door is installed by the manufacturer, or in direct supervision of the manufacturer, Midland Bi-Fold Doors warrants its door to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of installation. No warranty will apply to any products which have been subject to misuse, abuse, accident or normal wear due to normal operation. Warranty does not extend to any consequential or incidental damages.
